industrial blast freezer

An industrial blast freezer application is selected from product geometry, incoming temperature and how pieces leave the upstream former or fryer, not from a generic cold-room sketch. Individual piece separation, belt loading and representative production samples must be confirmed before treating a spiral capacity table as proof for blast duty. Industrial Freezer Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner: we collect those interfaces so factories restate feasibility. A 375 mm net belt width and kg/hour line on a GYRoCOMPACT 40 sheet observed 2026-09-17 remains a spiral reference, not a blast-cell result. Line interfaces include infeed height, discharge to packing, three-phase supply, cooling water or refrigerant, PLC handshake when the next machine stops, and the footprint needed for panel opening during wash. Adjacent equipment such as a complete food line is out of scope on this page.

Line interfaces

Operating context
Typical industrial blast freezer inquiries involve IQF pieces, trays or boxed product that must drop from an upstream belt into a cold air stream and leave at a named core temperature. The proposed application changes selection: a high-air-velocity blast cell is not interchangeable with a spiral cabinet even when both freeze the same species. Confirm whether pieces may touch, how belt loading preserves individual separation, and which representative production samples will be used at FAT. Work envelope and footprint must include door swing, coil access and waste removal, not only the insulated box outline.

Line interfaces: Equipment scope

Equipment scope here is the blast or spiral freezer that actually sits between named upstream and downstream machines. State infeed height, product orientation, belt or rack type, and whether flash-freezer residence is required for thin pieces. Throughput kg/hour is valid only with incoming temperature, thickness and loading pattern. Maximum product height mm must clear flights and the air path. PLC interface names, connected load kW and three-phase supply V/Hz belong with the drive and fan package. We ask factories to show a loading diagram rather than a photograph of an empty belt.

Price exclusions

Conveyors that feed or leave the freezer, building steel, refrigerant plant beyond the quoted skid, installation, training and spare parts stay excluded until listed. Cleaning hardware, air-defrost and extra belt width are extras if they are optional on the public sheet. Shipping to the US destination, duties and SAT travel follow the same split. No installed-cost percentage is published.

Remaining input: product species, incoming temperature, thickness, destination and whether representative samples will be available. Read geometry and residence time before copying a kg/hour cell into a blast RFQ. Catalog cards on equipment options are inquiry labels, not proven layouts.
